Dalla biblioteca del professor Wolfgang Haase, editore di lunga data dell'ANRW e dell'International Journal of the Classical Tradition (IJCT). - Con dedica dell'autore. - Nome dell'autore scritto a mano sul frontespizio, copertina posteriore macchiata, altrimenti molto buono e pulito. - Dal tes…to: Nella scena iniziale (vv. 1-64) del prologo della Lisistrata aristofanea sono attivi due personaggi femminili: la protagonista della commedia e la sua vicina di casa, Calonice, una delle donne invitate da Lisistrata a partecipare alla riunione segreta, in cui leroina esporrà il suo piano per costringere gli uomini a porre fine alla guerra. Al v. 65 entra sulla scena un gruppo di donne attiche, guidato da una giovane donna di nome Mirrine; e poco dopo, al v. 77, sopraggiunge un gruppo di donne beote e peloponnesiache, guidato da una giovane spartana di nome Lampitò. La simultanea presenza sulla scena di almeno quattro donne parlanti pone vari problemi circa la ripartizione delle battute: se è vero, infatti, che sono sicuramente individuabili gli interventi, in dorico, di Lampitò, e che sono riconoscibili, più o meno agevolmente, gli interventi della protagonista Lisistrata, è altresì vero che controverso risulta il corretto riconoscimento degli interventi di Calonice e di Mirrine, due personaggi i cui ruoli non sembrano presentare, ad una prima lettura, differenze significative.
