Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Angelo Bonfanti was an Italian painter, born in Bergamo, where he spent most of his life, in 1917. He also clearly did portrait painting. As he got older, he turned to work in his studio with more limited undertaking then frecos. This book I believe is the catalogue of an exhibition of his work held at Centro Culturale S. Bartolomeo, presumably in Bergamo, although the book and hence the Exhibition, is undated. The book is all in Italian but is signed by the Artist on the front endpaper. Condition: This book is in very good condition. The dust jacket is bright and still glossy but price-clipped. The hard covers are clean and bright and unbumped. Inside, the pages and plates are bright and clean with bright white and vivid colors. Both hinges are intact and the binding is tight and sound. This book is not ex-library or a remainder. Angelo Bonfanti (illustrator). Inscribed by Illustrator(s).…
