Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. First Edition. This is an interesting book. The "Publisher's Preface (in part) "No citizen of Ohio can properly discharge his duties as an elector, without a careful perusal of the Constitution, and frequent reference to its provisions." There is water stains on the first half dozen page. The spine is also damaged with about a half inch of the top of the spine is missing and a small piece missing at the bottom of the spine. There is foxing throughout the book. Both the front and back are broken. It is a book that can be use in historical research in Ohio's history. It is priced accordingly in the hope it goes to a historian willing to have it repaired.
