The six books are in Fine condition, signed by author on title pages, otherwise no inscriptions or other markings. The first two books have the original paper wraparounds. In The Woods has very slight discolouring to lower page block edge colouring. Apart from The Secret Place, all are published by Hodder & Stoughton, The Secret Place is Published by Viking. Dustjackets are all in fine condition, not price clipped, and protected in clear archival quality non-adhesive covers, which were applied by the previous owner at the time of purchase. Signed by author on title page.

Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition, Limited Edition. Of 100 Copies Printed this is one of 60 for sale [this copy being number 62], Signed by Seamus Heaney and Felim Egan. A superb livre d'artist designed by Felim Egan and printed at the Graphic Studio, Dublin. The lithographs were pulled from the stone by James McCreary, whilst Mary Farl Powers oversaw the printing of the text on Velin Arches paper using an Albion Press. These poems were first published as Squarings in his collection 'Seeing Things' published in 1991.  [Brandes & Durkan A51a-b]. Signed by Author(s).

Condition: Good. The writing is in a neat hand. The verse reads: "Pte is my nickname Ireland is our nation Parliament house belonged to us Since Ireland was a nation. When I am in my lonely cell and not a word is spoken may the prison Governor break his neck, That put me Oakem ." It is Signed by the writer. His signature is difficult to read and more research is required to ascertain who he was exactly. The first name in the title is a poor effort at deciphering his signature. On the verso are three other autographs Lady Cadogan (1925), J. Martin Hussy(?) (1912), Phyllis Neilson Terry. Size: 17.5 x 12.5 Cms. (7 x 5 Inches approx). Signed by Author(s).
