Daimler-Benz AG was a German manufacturer of motor vehicles and internal combustion engines, which was founded in 1926. An Agreement of Mutual Interest - which was valid until 2000 - was signed on 1 May 1924 between Karl Benz's Benz & Cie. and Daimler-Motoren-Gesellschaft, which had been founded by Gottlieb Daimler and Wilhelm Maybach. Daimler had died in 1900, and Maybach had left in 1907. In exceptionally good condition.

First edition, hardcover with a cut out label signed by MacLeod adhered to the title page, the book has a moderate lean to the binding with a pull at the last page, slight sunning to the spine with toning to the edges of the text block, and very light bumps to the spine ends and cover corners. Otherwise, this is a solid, tight Very Good copy in an unclipped, Very Good+ dust jacket, which has mild bumps to the spine ends and corners, some faint rubbing to the covers, and a previous seller's price sticker to the tail of the back. The jacket is wrapped in Mylar.
