The unclipped dust jacket has moderate edge wear, tears and chips to edges and spine ends. Moderate tanning to spine and edges. Considerable loss to jacket edges and corners.

A prievious owner has ticked the list of boods they owned on the rear flap. Small stain to rear cover. Red cloth boards with black lettering to spine and illustration to front. Edges are rubbed and small stain to base of spine. Binding is tight and pages are clean. 8vo. Illustrated by Mary Smith.

Illustrated throughout in black and white by Mary Smith. A lovely near fine copy, the binding square and tight, the cloth clean and fresh. Rhe contents, with faint offsetting to the endpapers and a little very light spotting to the text block edges, are otherwise clean and without stamps or inscriptions. Complete with thelightly rubbed and nicked illustrated dustwrapper that has has a couple of short closed tears to the edges. Not price clipped (8s. 6d. net to the front flap). A lovely copy.
