Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. A very nice copy. First edition. Signed and inscribed on ffep "for Senator J. S. McLennan, with the author's regards and best wishes. David W. Bone. S.S. Transylvania, Aug 3, 1935 at Sydney, C.B.I." Pasted on the fep is a card with a woodcut image on it entitle "Saguenay River" and signed in pencil by the illustrator Freda Bone. Although a library copy, it was never circulated. Contents are clean throughout. Book is square and binding is tight. Cover has some light soiling. Signed by Author(s).

Rubbed and worn at extremities, some fading and splits at joints. Overall a 'Very Good' book in a 'Fair' slipcase. Signed by Author(s).
