As you would hope, this large hard cover book, with some splendid large-scale reproductions of Remington's drawings, paintings and sculpture, has many illustrations-- 94 illustrations in all, including 60 in full color. Condition: This book is in very good condition. The dust jacket which is double folded along the top and bottom edges, is almost without wear or blemish. I did see one tiny hole in its gutter, something that will be hard to find. The hard covers are clean and almost unbumped; just a tiny indentation on the bottom edge where it rested on a hard surface. Inside, the only mark I found was the Author's inscription on the half-title page. I also found some very light foxing on the half-title and the title page, barely noticeable on the latter (please see the photos). The hinges are both intact (dispite the size of the book!) and the binding seems tight and sound. This book is not ex-library or a remainder. Inscribed by Author(s).
