"The Cologne Post for the benefit of present members of B.A.O.R.". The Editor's foreward reads (in part): "The Garrison will welcome it (this souvenir edition) as affording a permanent and convenient summary of their activities on the Rhine. The newspaper was printed in Cologne by Kölnische Volkszeitung. The first British Army Of the Rhine was set up in March 1919 to implement the occupation of the Rhineland. It was originally composed of five corps, composed of two divisions each, plus a cavalry division].
