Deleted ink gift inscription to FEP, loss to top corner of FFEP, ink ownership inscription to recto of blank fly-leaf, horizontal tear to L2, not touching text, occasional light spotting and browning. A provincially published reissue of the 1794 London edition of Church of England clergyman John Plumptre's (1754-1825) comprehensive history of the Christian religion, designed for the instruction of a juvenile readership.
