First Edition Signed
Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. 1st printing of the first American hardcover edition of the singer/songwriter's autobiography SIGNED by Ryder on the front free end paper with a black marker for "Judy, All my love". Black paper boards and binding with white end papers and gold titles along the spine and front cover. The autobiography of the front man for The Detroit Wheels. A tight copy with sharp corners. There are fewer than 20 non-consecutive pages in the first half of the text with a top corner that is softy turned. And there is what appears to be two small food stains on the final free end paper. The black jacket has crisp edges and it is not priced. Removal of stickers from the bottom section of the back panel and heel of the jacket's spine has replaced the original gummy surface with a shiny surface. The front panel bears a sticker that reads Signed by the Author. Over-sized hardcover, profusely illustrated with three appendices that include reminiscences of musicians he's known, countries he's visited, his discography and an index. Please see our catalog Musicians - Signed which includes books and ephemera autographed by Robbie Robertson, Donald Fagen and Gord Downie of The Tragically Hip. Signed by Author(s).
Condition: new.
