Andre Dunoyer de Segonzac (6 July 1884 ? 17 September 1974) was a French painter and graphic artist of no little note, born in Boussy-Saint-Antoine and hving lived there and in Paris most of his life. Attending art school and a military prep school early on, he matriculated at the Academie de La Palette, studying under or alongside, eventually, Jacques Emile Blanche Jean Metzinger and Henri Le Fauconnier. He participated in the infamous Armory Show that opened in New York in 1913, with subsequent showings in Chicago and Boston. He eventually married the French actress Therese Dorny and died at the age of 90 in 1974.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards.
