Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Fine. 2nd Edition. This is the 1981 reprint, signed by Spencer with location and date (April 1983, New Orleans). A near fine copy with no internal or external marks but the purple color on the covers is extremely susceptible to sun fading and the edges have fading and on the back cover there is a pattern to the fading that reflects the artwork on the back jacket. Amazing that the jacket is still bright but the underlying covers have some fading.See my photos (more available upon request). The gray outer covers are clean and the silver lettering on the spine is bright. One cover corner tip is just slightly bumped. The book's dust jacket is not price-clipped and is clean with light rubbing to glossy surfaces and light wear to top and bottom edges including a few small chips and tears, none of which exceed about 1/3".
