Deluxed "art press" edition printed by Westminster Press (London), bound by The Temple Press (Letchworth). Wrapped in home-made dust jacket cut from what appears to be a galley proof of "City Sparrows: The Magazine of the Scottish Children's League of Pity," itself quite foxed/soiled but having done an admirable job of preserving the binding.
