Not price clipped and with no fading. SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR directly to title page without dedication. In Flashman and the Mountain of Light (1990), George MacDonald Fraser's incorrigible Harry Flashman plunges into the Sikh War of 1845-46. Sent to the Punjab, the craven scoundrel navigates treachery, battles, and the allure of the Koh-i-Noor diamond. Fraser's masterful historical detail and biting wit animate Flashman's misadventures among Sikh warriors and British imperialists. Narrated with the cad's shameless bravado, the novel blends high-stakes intrigue with sardonic commentary on colonial ambition. A thrilling addition to the series, it captivates with its roguish flair and vivid portrayal of a pivotal conflict. Signed by Author(s).
