The book is additionally INSCRIBED AND SIGNED by the artist Pauline Heath King on page 170: "To N. S. / I understand this quote applies to you also. / Best Wishes, Sincerely, / Pauline Heath King." The quote referred to was by J. Sargeant Reynolds. The Reynolds quote is part of the printed book and reads, "While you have the chance, in the time of your life, live and enjoy it-- and add to the beauty and wonderment of the world as we know it." Pauline Heath King was a popular sculptor from Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She started her career as an artist when she was near 50 years old, and she was active for about 30 years. Her sculpture were mostly of women, but she also did some busts of famous people such as Winston Churchill. Signed by Author(s).
