Ex-library copy, typically marked/stamped, only modest handling wear, with minor tape ghosting where old mylar had been anchored. Dust jacket rubbed along joints and flap folds, mild wear along edges, spine panel somewhat sunned, now in mylar. Please note that this publication has a sort of "petroleum" odor to the pages, apparently common to all copies and likely due to either the paper stock or ink used in printing. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Book has a slight forward lean. Unclipped jacket has heavy edge wear with some areas of loss, heavy tears, chips and creasing. Moderate sunning to spine.

Some very neat underlining and notations in chapters 26 and 28 & 29. no jacket. Very good condition.
