Follett on front endpaper. This is the author's best known work. No published for the public until the following year. Talfourd, a judge and MP, was also a member of the literary circle of Godwin, Hazlitt, Coleridge, Lamb and Wordsworth. "W. W. Follett" is probably Sir William Webb Follett, lawyer and politician who was Solicitor-General about the time this book was printed. First Edition of April 1835, without sonnets included in second edition.
