Sheet size : 72,8 x 49,2 cm. ** This art poster was designed to commemorate the presentation of the book "U No És Ningú", a collaboration between the Catalan poet Joan Brossa and the avant-garde painter Antoni Tàpies. The poster is hand-signed by Antoni Tàpies, this authentic signature adds significant value to the artwork, making it a highly collectible piece for art enthusiasts and collectors of Antoni Tàpies' work. The exhibition took place at Galeria Joan Prats in Barcelona during November and December 1979. This poster is a powerful example of Tàpies' expressive and material-based artistic style, where he uniquely combines abstraction, calligraphy, and texture. * Antoni Tàpies is renowned for his innovative approach to abstract art, often incorporating raw materials and strong symbolism into his works. This poster showcases a dynamic composition of bold black brushstrokes, calligraphic elements, and a deep reddish-brown background. The energetic brushwork and chaotic interplay of lines and forms give the piece an intense and powerful presence, characteristic of Tàpies distinctive style. The collaboration with Joan Brossa, an influential avant-garde poet and playwright, adds an extra layer of conceptual depth and poetry to this exhibition. Galeria Joan Prats was a significant meeting place for avant-garde artists in Spain and played a crucial role in the promotion of contemporary art in Europe. This original 1979 exhibition poster is not only a visually striking masterpiece but also a rare collector s item for art lovers, collectors, and connoisseurs of modern art.* Antoni Tàpies (1923-2012) is regarded as one of the most important Spanish artists of the 20th century and a pioneer of Informalism. His work has been exhibited in prestigious museums worldwide, including the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya (MNAC), the Museo Reina Sofía, and the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York. *** SHIPPING: Worldwide shipping available *** CONDITION: in very good condition ***.
