Both Tilson and Kitaj were artists who were represented by Marlborough Art Gallery , London, in the 1960's and early 70's and would have known each other and mixed in the same circles,Size 20 x 13.5cm (9 x 5.25 inches). Single white sheet (approx. 89 x 53cm) printed in black, blue, and pink tones, showing Tilson's work 'Clip-O-Matic Lips', this copy signed by him ('Joe') and inscribed to Tom (Phillips) in 2001. Bumps at the corners and edges, the upper left corner with a fairly faint stain, the left-hand margin a little soiled, moderate handling/rumpling and superficial rubbing, but Very Good overall.
