Condition: Fair. 1858. Thirteenth Edition. 248 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth covered boards with gilt. Pages are moderately tanned and occasionally foxed throughout. Previous owner's inscription to front free end-paper. Heavy cracking at the hinges with exposed binding material. Some occasional mild cracking to gutters throughout, binding remains reasonably firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces. Mild crushing to spine ends. Gilt lettering has become dull. Moderate tanning to spine. Cloth has minor damp and dust stains. Book has a slight forward lean.

Prior owner's ink inscription to the recto of the front endpaper. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and generally clean with the occasional scattered spot. Very Good. book.
