This book is quite fragile and is coming apart at the seams, literally - in 3 pieces as I write this but could separate further; still entirely readable and clean; inked name/address on front flyleaf; leather cover is frayed and separating but the gilt motif is still bright; this book needs a loving home to live out its last days.

Sun darkening to spine and stain on spine. Protective tissue covering first picture partially missing. Light pencil marks to back of first picture. Binding is tight and pages are clean. Whimsical little book. 209 pp.

Some age darkening and cover rubbing, expecially at the corners, which have some wearthrough, light fraying to spine ends, short closed tear to spine head, hinges good, text block sound, endpapers foxed, pages age-toned but clean, no names or other markings. Hard Cover. Fair/No. 24mo - over 5" - 5¾" tall.
