Also, the study revealed no significant difference in the responses provided by the managers, supervisors, and workers when they were grouped according to categories of production management system of planning and scheduling, inventory control, quality control, product costing, and product leverage technology. Consistency was also determined from the performance indicators of the production management system, resulting in no significant difference in quality, cost, time, and flexibility. Finally, the conclusion and recommendation of the study were used to develop a proposed production management plan in order to enhance the manufacturing performance of the production management system.
