This is a superb opportunity to secure this 6" x 4" signed official Belgium promotional picture for Ludo Dielis, famous Belgium billiards and pool champion, who has personally hand signed the souvenir where the signature rests perfectly accompanying his portrait.? However this states "please read" because it is with handling to some of its regions graded fair plus to good minus - please be fully aware as this is quite a low grading but his signature is extremely scarce and it is signed in red ink besides his cue on the souvenir, and undedicated too.Ludo Dielis (born 23 February 1945) is a Belgian professional carom billiards player. When Raymond Ceulemans, the reigning champion, opted not to participate in the world championship in 1981 over some circumstances, Dielis was selected as a temporary replacement. Rising to the occasion, he won the title besting Nobuaki Kobayashi. He won the title again in 1989 against Torbj???rn Blomdahl.
