Munro Leaf (illustrator). A very collectible copy of a true American children's classic. It's condition is near good but has collectability beyond condition. Book published September, 1936. October 29, 1936, it went into a second printing. The binding is worn, but intact. A Christmas present inscription is written on the front end page, dated Christmas, 1936. Includes 16 cartoons from newspaper, on 16 words. Munro Leaf's most famous children's books.
