Hardcover. Condition: Good. 1st Edition. First edition, first printing with (1) on final text page (325) as required. Publishers green cloth, titles in white, cover and spine decoration in black; illustrated with 4 plates including a tissue guarded frontispiece. Front free endpaper lacking, half of the rear endpaper excised as well. Binding remains solid and square, the perishable white titles little dimmed but quite legible. Publisher's green cloth, lettering to spine and front cover in white, pictorial device to spine and front cover in black, light rubbing to edges of spine, small chip at top edge of spine panel, end-papers lightly tanned, neat pencil notes concerning book contents by a previous owner to front paste-down, top corners have been clipped from top corners of 4 pages of text, otherwise a very good copy of a very scarce book. An extremely difficult book to find. An excellent collection of weirds. From the collection of the late and greatly-missed Bob Adey.
