Although supported by the many film stars and celebrities he advised, including Ingrid Bergman, Greta Garbo and Grace Kelly, his methods were often in conflict with the medical community, who viewed them as fads or quackery. Among the five "wonder foods" he promoted was blackstrap molasses. The advice offered in this books includes advice on the body's relationship with nature, together with diets, recipes, fruit and vegetable juices, and natural remedies for hair, nails and skin.
