On back of title page it states that "Each Copy has its number and the Author's signature and there is No. 1484 and a signature but we wonder if this is a facsimile? Previous owner's name to flyleaf dated 1850. Rebound with black boar…ds & leather to hinges, spine & corners, leather to outer rear hinge is split, most of outer front hinge is split & spine cover is partially dangling (taped), chips to spine-ends, boards' corners are rubbed. Page-edges are only very slight darkened with minimal signs of foxing. Pages have a slight wave but text is very clean & in very nice condition. Binding sound. Numbered Copy 1484.
