This copy is in fair condition only with some significant bumping to the corners, and significant loss of paper from the backstrip. There are four lovely chromolithographs present, including the frontis. 137 numbered pages plus a blank and a rear table of contents. Previous owner inscription on front paste-down in pencil. Both boards and the spine are elaborately decorate in full color. The boards show edge-wear and soiling. The spine ends show loss but the text remains quite readable. Chromolithographs by Englemann and the original art was executed by Lemercier. Very Good.
