No date printed but format suggests early 1950's and with old price of 7s 6d to inner flap - excellent clean crisp interior with 7 stunning colour plates including the f/p and numerous b&w sketches throughout, no inscriptions just a faint shelfwear mark to front e/paper - boards in vg-plus clean firm condition with only very slight bumps to lower corners; d/j has a bright clear frontage as shown but with nicks to extremities and a little shelfwear-dulled to rear, but good appearance overall for the age and covered with a new removable sleeve-protector./.
