The previous owner, little Ransom, has his name on the pastedown endpapers. He even illustrated the free endpaper in "One Was Johnny" and attempted to write his name on the front boards. A charming intact set.

Original dust jackets generally bright and neat, just a trifle toned at spines. Aligatoren has a short closed tear to the jacket at the crown. Slipcase lightly rubbed edges and perhaps a little toned top edge A few mild spots of rub and bump to DJ spine edges. Books are stiffly bound; NF in VG+ dust jackets and slipcase.
