Signed in the plate. imp. d'Aubert to the lower right corner with text in French below. The sheet is 35cm x 26cm on stiff card. Grand Prince Muley was Abd al-Rahman ibn Hisham, Sultan of Morocco. [Together with] (2) "Nouveau Parapluie" 1840. Published as part of the Émotions Parisiennes (#33) series. A man emerges into a downpour with his new umbrella. Printed to stiff card. Signed in the plate by Daumier, and below printed Chez Bauger to the left and imp. d'Aubert & Cie to to right. Text in French below about the improved umbrella. The title (Émotions Parisiennes) has not properly printed to the top edge, and just a feint line is showing. 33cm x 24.5cm.
