[Together with] (2) "Nouveau Parapluie" 1840. Published as part of the Émotions Parisiennes (#33) series. A man emerges into a downpour with his new umbrella. Printed to stiff card. Signed in the plate by Daumier, and below printed Chez Bauger to the left and imp. d'Aubert & Cie to to right. Text in French below about the improved umbrella. The title (Émotions Parisiennes) has not properly printed to the top edge, and just a feint line is showing. 33cm x 24.5cm. Both prints are in sound condition, with light foxing and darkening to the sheets. Still attractive. First edition. .
