Morehead, Jr. on the title page in good condition that has some bumped corners and cover edgewear, scattered stains, chipping and scuffing on the cover scattered foxing mostly on the page edges and endpapers, front endpaper hinge fixed, long tear on the back endpaper hinge, tanning and light shelf wear with no dust jacket. 12.5"x9.5",166 pages. Condition: Very Good. First edition hard back binding in publisher's original blue cloth covers, red title and author lettering to the spine and the upper panel. 8vo. 7½'' x 5¼''. Contains 60 printed pages of text with colour illustrated frontispiece and monochrome photographs and illustrations throughout. Sun fading to the spine where a 20 mm piece of the wrapper is missing, light foxing to the closed page edges. Very Good condition book, in Good condition dust wrapper with 20 mm pieces missing to the top of the spine and the upper edge of the back panel, 4 mm missing to the bottom of the spine and the upper front corner, pencil doodling to the front cover, not price clipped 5/-. SIGNED by the author to the title page 'Daisy D. Sawer'. Dust wrapper supplied in archive acetate film protection, this protects and prolongs the life of the paper, it is not adhered to the book or to the dust wrapper. Member of the P.B.F.A.
