No publication date, assumed 1913. Poor condition, lacks spine, front and rear covers detached, contents pages need resewing. A rare early Peter Pan book. Needs some TLC.

Pictorial boards with color pastedown, cloth spine, mild shelf wear, occasional light foxing, binding slightly slack, a nicer than usual copy with all 25 plates present. A much abbreviated retelling of Peter Pan followed by related rhymes and color plates by Flora White. Delicate and fanciful artwork. Scarce. Size: Small Square 4to.

Condition: Near fine. First Edition. First US edition of this lovely illustrated alphabet adapted (uncredited) from Barrie, with a brief synopsis of the full story followed by 26 related alphabet verses. 9'' x 7''. Original green cloth spine, brown and lavender pictorial boards with pictorial paste-on. Unpaginated. Illustrated with 25 color plates by White. Contemporary visiting card with gift inscription mounted to front pastedown.

First edition, first printing. A beautiful alphabet book. Quarto. Colour frontispiece, and 24 similar plates by Flora White, one for each letter of the alphabet, barring X and Z, as issued. Original green cloth-backed pictorial boards, titles in green to spine and front board, colour pictorial onlay to front board. Contemporary gift inscription to front free endpaper. Spine ends a little bumped, boards somewhat toned, a couple of minor nicks, minor repair to gutter. A very good copy.
