Following the alphabet, is the "Ampersand Page", with a poem demonstrating the use of the ampersand symbol. Black cloth spine over mustard yellow boards with red lettering & design by Bruce Rogers; gilt lettering to spine. Minor bumping to lower board edges, owner gift inscription, else a fine copy. First Edition, One of perhaps less than 200 copies of the first issue with the ampersand page printed on sandpaper. This was ceased when it was realized how difficult this was.
