Whittemore covered New York sports and the Oneonta baseball franchise for more than half a century. Brad Ausmus, Rex Hudler, Mike Pagliarulo, Buck Showalter, Willie McGee, Doc Medich, Orestes Destrade, Terry Whitfiled, Bernie Williams, Pat Kelly, Don Mattingly, and Amos Otis all played for Oneonta. Published in a very limited edition, this is the first copy of this book I have seen. In very good- condition.
