A presentation copy, inscribed on the first blank page 'With all best wishes | John White | 2-12-15'. Quarter oatmeal cloth over red paper-covered boards, paper label to spine, red endpapers. Octavo. 245 x 145 mm, pp. [112]. A book in Very Good condition with slight bumping to top edge of boards.
