Pamphlet with detailed addresses and report describing the situation before the attack against Russia. Pamphlet containing the "Proclamation of the Führer to the German People and Note of the Foreign Ministry to the Soviet Government, including attachments. The address was given after the English declaration of war on September 3, 1939, lamenting the British attempts to dominate Europe throughout history, assuring Germans in detail of his initially peaceful posture towards Russia leading up the treasonous actions of Russia in the Balkan and his decision to put the fate of the German and European people into the hands of the German soldiers. The note of the Foreign Ministry from June 21, 1941, describes the various problems stemming from Soviet Russia's actions, particularly in the Balkan region, with a summary of the "treasonous" actions of Russia at the end closing with the announcement that the "Führer" has ordered the German Army to defend Germany against the Russian threat. This sections if followed by a report of the Foreign Ministry about the propaganda and political agitation of the Soviet Union, a report by the High Command of the Army for the Reichs-Government about the Soviet-Russian deployment against Germany, and finally a report of the Ministry of the Interior and the Reichs-Leader of the SS about the destructive measures of the USSR, dated June 1941.
