There are tissue guards covering each illustration.There is a small triangular piece missing on the title page at the fold near the bottom edge. The maroon cloth cover has a small missing piece at the bottom of the spine on the back cover which has not loosened the tight binding.There is light bumping at the spine ends. Both the front and back panels and part of the spine has a rubbed appearance probably from being shelved too close to another book. It is good. Language: eng.
