Edition statements at head of titles: Enlarged edition, Midget folio substituted by a note written by Miniature Collector, E.G. Millar (see Note below).The miniature and the enlarged editions had been issued together; the miniature edition WAS housed in book-box portion of the enlarged edition.Title of enlarged edition within ornamental border. Integral publisher's ads, [2] pages at end (enlarged edition).Note: The intended receptacle of the miniature book, 3.5 x 5 x1cm, contains a crumpled note as follows: "The book [miniature] placed in my miniature bookcase. | E,G. Millar". According to the book, "The Eric George Millar Bequest of Manuscripts and Drawings 1967" (British Museum, 1968), p. 77, his miniature book collection was bequeathed to a Jane Martineau.
