Three panels of 10.75 x 8.5 connected, minor wear, perforated but not removed, one piece (blank part) missing but still a nice, bright, clean copy with "Suggestions" booklet and original envelope (with pencil name, wear else good). Remarkably well preserved piece of ephemera. Dick's panel has basketball, football, baseball bat, bucket of water, book, package of hot dogs, and Spot the dog punch-outs; Sally has teddy bear, umbrella, ice cream cone, balloons, drum and basket; Jane has a gift, raggedy ann doll, broom, watermelon and book (Dick & Jane).
