In this perspective, this work aimed to verify whether Proinfo has promoted the training of educational agents for the use of ICTs in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte and, to this end, it was necessary to analyze the documentation of the implementation of Proinfo, locate and visit the NTE's / NTM's and schools attended and raise the projects that develop. The research had a qualitative and quantitative nature; as to the level it was a descriptive explanatory research that used the strategies of bibliographic research, survey and observation. 172 pp. Englisch.
