Translated by various hands; introductory essay by Arthur Ransome. Illustrated with 43 original lithographs drawn on the stone by Hugo Steiner-Prag, pulled by George C. Miller at the Printing House of William Edward Rudge. Copy #917 of 1500 SIGNED on the colophon page by the artist who also designed the book and wrote a prologue. Mild soiling to covers. Near Fine, lacking the slipcase.
