Each volume is a first edition, first printing, as indicated on the copyright page. In the original red paper, leather patterned covered boards with gilt spine lettering and decoration. Collated and complete. Black and white illustrations of charts, facsimile Hubbard letters, photographs, etc. Provenance: Includes the box with the Church of Scientology shipping label from Hollywood, California addressed to the former address of the Salt Lake City Church of Scientology Mission. Lafayette Ronald Hubbard (March 13, 1911 January 24, 1986) was an American author and the founder of Scientology. A prolific writer of pulp science fiction and fantasy novels in his early career, in 1950 he authored Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health and established organizations to promote and practice Dianetics techniques. L. Ron Hubbard's "The Technical Bulletins of Dianetics and Scientology" were originally published in a series of volumes, starting with Volume I, which covered the years 1950-1953. Subsequent volumes covered various time periods, culminating in Volume X which included material from 1970-1976. The series aimed to document Hubbard's advancements in both Dianetics and Scientology.
