Additional signed colour plate to the pocket to the rear. In the very scarce original unclipped dust wrapper. A collection of plates by Max Beerbohm, an English caricaturist. The drawings in this book were shown at the Leicester Galleries in the summer of 1922. Illustrated with a tipped in colour frontispiece, and forty-nine monochrome plates, as well as the additional signed colour plate. Collated, complete. In the original publisher's cloth binding, in the original unclipped dust wrapper. Externally, smart. A few light marks to the boards. Just a little bumping to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. Bookseller's label to the front pastedown. Dust wrapper is very smart and remarkably complete with a little discolouration only with some minor marks. Repaired tears to the reverse of the spine and reverse of the folds.
