Add to basketNo Binding. Condition: Good. 1st Edition. Three receipts, each approx. 8 x 2", now loosely corner mounted to a sheet for display. The first receipt acknowledges the sum of $56 91/100 as the "balance due us in the division of the negro property belonging to the said Estate" (Ernest Barson), dated January 4th, 1852; the second records a "Child bed sold to Negroe" for $3 on Oct. 17, 1854; the third registers a payment of $25 made "for the board and clothing for a negro boy" 14th January, 1856.
