In the publisher's original cloth binding. Externally, cloth had faded and become discoloured. Bumping to head and tail of spine and extremities. Ink marks to the front free-endpaper. Tipped in photographs and ink notes by the author to the verso of the front free-endpaper and half title page. Signed by the author to the title page. Internally, front hinge is starting but firm.
