[Music memorabilia] An original portrait poster boldly signed in black ink by Maddy Prior 42 x 30cm., printed on paper stock. For the autumn tour Wintersmith in collaboration with Sir Terry Pratchett. Fine condition, no folds. Will be dispatched in a substantial card tube. Fronted by vocalist Maddy Prior MBE (born 1947), Steeleye Span were one of the most commercially successfull acts in the 1970s British folk revival, 1970s British folk revival, with four UK Top 40 albums and two hit singles. Along with their contemporaries/collaborators Fairport Convention and Jethro Tull, they remain one of the most enduring groups from the late 1960s rock era. This autograph was obtained at the Assembly Hall Theatre, Tunbridge Wells, 20th November 2015. Signed.

Donovan Leitch (born 1946), singer/songwriter who emerged from the British folk scene to international success, whose work along with contemporary friends The Beatles, Brian Jones and Joan Baez, became emblematic of the flower power era. Between 1965-69 he released ten UK top thirty singles and reached number one in America (Sunshine Superman, 1966). He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2012 and the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2014. This autograph was obtained at the Assembly Hall Theatre, Tunbridge Wells, 9th November 2015, on his 50th Anniversary Tour. Signed.
