Includes Kynance Cove, the Frying Pan, St. Rumon, Mullion Church, St. Ruan's Well, Copper Mine, Gunwalloe Church, Smuggling, Crabs, Lobster, Fish, climbing for Gull's Eggs, Pradanack Cross, and much more. Appendix includes Geological Features, Botny etc. Rebound in Brown half-leather binding with bright gilt title on black ground to spine. 5 1/2" tall. VIII preliminary pages, main text 322 pages. Map and pages in very good condition, binding in fine condition. No inscriptions except faintly penciled numbers on ffep.

Sm. 8vo, orig. blue cloth, blind-stamped dec. border to both covers, blind-stamped dec. rules to spine, gt title. Spine a little faded with minor wear/chafing to head/foot. Some foxing to map, title and last few pages. An attractive, well-preserved copy. Vg. First edition. This book ran to four editions and was rarely out of print between 1848 and 1916.
