Condition: Fine in about-fine jacket. Dust Jacket Condition: dj. First printing. Inscribed first edition of this epic and intimate, humorous and tragic story of writer T. S. Garp's life - adapted into a 1984 Oscar-nominated film starring Robin Williams and Glenn Close. The National Book Award-winning THE WORLD ACCORDING TO GARP established John Irving's writing career.
